At Camper World Chile we take care of your data the same way we take care of our campers: only what is needed, and with respect. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, what we use it for and what you can decide about it.
1. Who is responsible

For any question about your data, write to that address.
2. Data you give us
Quote form. Your name, last name, email, phone (optional), country (optional), the details of your trip (camper, dates, cities, travellers) and your comment. We use them only to prepare and send your quote, answer you and follow up on that request.
Newsletter. Your email and the language of the site. We use them to send you routes, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email or by writing to us.
WhatsApp. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens on that platform and is governed by its own privacy policy.
We never sell your data or use it for anything other than what is described here.
3. Who else processes them
- Brevo — sends our emails and manages the newsletter list.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) — only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies: to measure visits and the results of our ads.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — only if you accept advertising cookies: to measure our ads. When you send a form, we may share your email and phone with Meta in encrypted form (hashed) so it can attribute the result to an ad; it never receives them in readable form.
- YouTube — only when you press play on one of our films.
Some of these providers may process data outside Chile, under their own security commitments.
4. How long we keep them
Quote requests: up to two years from our last contact, unless you become a customer and the law requires us to keep them longer. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
5. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are small files that the site saves in your browser. The first time you visit us we ask what you allow, and nothing that is not strictly necessary is saved until you decide.

The necessary ones are saved only in your browser and are not sent to anyone. The analytics and advertising ones are only saved if you accept them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting what was done before. Write to us and we will answer within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority of your country.
7. Security
The site works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the data from the forms is kept with restricted access, only for our team.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
