We offer support 7 days a week via WhatsApp. Outside office hours, responses may take a bit longer, but our team will do its best to assist you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that some routes may have no signal or nearby towns, but we’ll do everything we can to help and solve any situation that arises.


Not at all! All our models can be driven with a Class B license (same as for a car). An international license is not required, but if you have one, even better. You must be over 25 years old and have at least 7 years of driving experience.
Since campers are larger vehicles, they require extra caution, especially on gravel roads or in challenging weather.
Before your trip, we’ll provide a complete orientation so you can drive with confidence.

Yes! You can cross into Argentina as long as you let us know when booking. We take care of the insurance and required paperwork.
This service has an additional fee of $250,000 CLP, valid for the entire rental period.

Absolutely! Our X Wing model accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults, and includes a diesel heater with 3–5 days of autonomy (depending on use).
We also provide child car seats upon request. (Check conditions when booking).

Our main base is in Puerto Varas, but we also offer Pick-Up and/or Drop-Off services in Santiago, Coyhaique, and Punta Arenas. These options come with an additional fee, which we can include in your quote depending on the location and travel dates.
